Aufbaugruppe Johann Eck in Kulmbach

Kulmbach is a city in Upper Franconia (ger.: Oberfranken) with a population of about 27,000. Kulmbach calls itself "The covert Capital of Beers" because a couple of quite big breweries can be found in this comparative small city. But not only the breweries have a long tradition in Kulmbach. Scouting in Kulmbach goes back for many years and after a short break a small VCP-group was reestablished in September 2005. The group meetings are once a week. Their main activities are camps and because of the small size of the group they often join other groups of our district and take part in their activities.
